Before we dispatch a service tech to your facility, we will call and triage the units to get the latest updates to better serve you.
Our goal is a 97% FIRST TIME FIX.  We don't want to have to revisit a situation any more than our customers do.
69% of all calls should be cleared in one hour
24% of all calls should be cleared in 90 minutes
*Cleared means the customer is fixed over the phone, or a service call has been scheduled

Warranty calls, customer pays travel only, customer responsible for print heads if that is the issue
​Out of warranty, customer pays travel and $850 per day and parts, if needed
